Following refurbishment work in 2009, the Church Hall can be used once again by the groups and clubs affiliated to the church.
Many of our Special Events are held in the hall - see our Events Calendar.

Hall, including use of kitchen - £12.
Mabel Perry Room only - £9.
The Church Hall is next to the church on Earlham Road.
Also known as "The Parish Rooms", it was built between 1886 and 1888, at the same time as the church.
It was a popular venue for local clubs, playgroups and events such as jumble sales but in May 2007 it was extensively damaged by fire and had to be closed for a couple of years.
We are currently fundraising to make much needed improvements to this community facility and there are long term plans to link the hall to the Church. Disabled access has already been improved.

The Grand Reopening of the Church Hall was on Thursday 3rd September 2009. At 4pm the hall was officially opened by Steven Bumfrey from Radio Norfolk. This was followed by entertainment for all the family with Mr. Poz the Magician and then tea and cakes.

On the 70th anniversary of the start of the Second World War, it was fitting that we were able to welcome our German friends in peace and love to participate in the opening.

In the evening a Thanksgiving Service was held in the church with the Bishop of Norwich, followed by a Blessing of the Hall with a Fanfare of Trumpets with John Coulton and friends then food and drink.
