Why not join?

Rev Philip Young, Vicar of St Thomas', and Mathew R Martin, Director of Music, have formed a new group called Friends of St. Thomas' Music. The purpose is to raise awareness of the musical life of this fine parish church.

We have a good range of concerts in our annual series and would like to encourage more people to attend.

As a member of the group we will send you an e-mail about our concerts along with a poster in the hope you will display this either in your window at home or at your place of work, thus enabling more publicity and greater attendance at our concerts.

We would also encourage you to go through your contact lists and cascade this information down so we can build a large database of anyone interested in coming to any of our concerts.

Your details will not be passed on to anyone else.

We may from time to time include details of our major services that we think may interest you. One example of this will be Advent Sunday when during our service of hymns and readings for Advent the choir will be giving the world premiere of The Advent Antiphons which has been composed for Mathew R Martin and the choir by local composer Mr David Berwick.
